I guess the cause was that we mixed stable and testing. I removed /etc/apt/preferences and stable from sources.list and then dpkg -P libpth2 gnupg-agent gpgsm dirmngr apt-get -f install fixed the problem (and reinstalled gnupg-agent gpgsm dirmngr). If there are no other problems the bug can be
