Please confirm, (and say in upstream bug) that unloading/reloading the snd_hda_intel driver makes the sound work again after a suspend-resume cycle. (using rmmod snd_hda_intel and modprobe snd_hda_intel) You need to kill all applications using your soundboard to be able to rmmod snd_hda_intel.
