With basic auth enables as per the instructions, the rt command line
does not authenticate, as it expects RT to handle the authentication.
The attached patch solves this by providing the credentials to
LWP::UserAgent to use

loggerhead will probably start using the system-provided YUI at some
point rather than ship its own copy (see #511286). According to the
upstream developer, they're going to be relying more and more on YUI3.
So I suggest updating the package to version 3. I know it's

This doesn't work, because the latter alias overlaps the former.
