Found some minor errors in the holiday_dk file, I have created a patch to
fix these problems.
I commited the patch to KDE svn. It will be included in 4.2.1 released next
month.

Yes, I can confirm that this bug still exist on lenny. This is using the
latest 2.6.26-1-amd64 kernel. I am attaching the relevant information.
For me, the bug manifests itself when playing an audio cd. There is a

I certainly am not surprised that it doesn't work given how long it has
had to bitrot in the NEW queue, but I just upgraded my i386 test machine
to the latest sid and installed from sid, and it did work:
