The bug seems to have been inadvertently reintroduced in 2.9-23 (svn
revision 3665, to be exact). As a result, nothing on my system has a
dependency on libc6-i686 anymore.

based on the version released as 1.3.11 I updated the German po file
again, removing some fuzzy entries and completing some more man pages.
The overall translation ratio is now 65% and it would be *really*
