just to round up this bug I'd like to throw in another aspect of quite the

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their comments, they were
all very helpful.
And in light of all of this, I think the best approach is first of all
removing the Netgear logo since we're not using it in Debian anyway, and
then replacing the Tux logo
A tip for others with the same problem: the package you need to install is
gnome-themes-standard and not gnome-themes. The Adwaita theme doesn't seem
to be working fine in testing yet, but that's another story [1]. :)

honestly, I have no more idea but if at the first time firmware is
correctly load I think there isn't bug.
I'm waiting for other reports from people who use b43-fwcutter with same
card type who can confirm (or not) this problem.
