further doing what Matteo Aquilano suggested (setting VertHysteresis and
HorizHysteresis to 0) I also reduced VertScrollDelta (and
HorizScrollDelta) and it seems more usable now: I set VertScrollDelta and
HorizScrollDelta to 50

If use the boinc-manager icon i the tray to try and close it, it asks me if I
