Hi maintainers,
Unfortunately I forgot to mention that for the Qt 5.7 theme override to
work, the build time option --enable-qt57-theme-support also has to be
set. Otherwise, cinnamon-session will still set QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=gtk
and QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qgnomeplatform.

Hi,
Can you re-run this rebuild in your environment ? g2clib has built in
all autobuilders (the day before), and I've retested
locally both by hand, with pbuilder and sbuild, and its worked
successfully. The log has no hint as to what failed; the
.o files appeared to build, and then disappear -

consensuscore2 has been moved to part of a larger project called
unanimity (#847310). I kept consensuscore2 around in the meantime since
unanimity hasn't been packaged yet, but the older version from there

Similarly this is presumably a request for removal from unstable?

Hi Johannes,
the Debian Med team is packaging snakemake for Debian (thanks for this
nice tool by the way). We received a bug report that one test of the
unit test suite fails randomly (3 times out of 100 tries). The essence
of the provided build logs which are linked at the bug page[1] is the
