Dear Maintainer,
to have a temporary workaround for this problem there's an empty package
calf-ladspa in KXStudio repositories now which overrides the Debain one,
removing Calf LADSPA plugins when installing calf-plugins or
calf-plugins-git. This brings back functional Calf plugins usable with
tag 851683 + patch
