I would like to push this. Updates just every day is just horrible,
especially for servers.
Of course, there's other ways like dumping some `apt update` inside
/etc/cron.hourly, but this doesn't do locking etc, so it would be cool

ruby2.5 fails to cross build from source, because it fails passing
--host to ./configure. The simple solution to this problem is deferring
the task to dh_auto_configure. After doing so, one needs to pass
