Upstream project is not active anymore and there is no current plan to
port ask to Python3.
Since there are no reverse dependencies and popcon is low, I think the
package should be marked for removal.

Yes, but the "next run" might be the next system restart (or something

Debian Testing with my laptop Acer Swift 5 worked well up to the kernel 4.19.
The normal update which included kernel 5.2 stopped the wlan. It goes on and
off and the cpu load was high.
