It appears that rust-deflate was uploaded a bit prematurely, it depends on a new
version of rust-gzip--header which can't be packaged with the cargo/debcargo
currently in Debian.
Once cargo/debcargo are updated we can move on to updating/fixing the image

I just tried giving some custom flags for some packages to dh_python3
and finish that override target with dh_python3 --remaining-packages,
but that causes a failure due to the unrecognized fag.

It looks like even upstream openjfx (moved to [1]) is still not
source-compatible with ffmpeg 5.0. I could not find a bug in Oracle's
Java bug tracker about this
