Dear Maintainer,
I installed bookworm on a cubox-i. After the installation was finished, the
installed reported that it reboots now. The reboot did never complete tough.
After I unplugged the power supply and replugged it, it booted
I see no sign of `net_admin` at all, let alone `deny capability
net_admin` in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd and am still seeing the
audit log message:

I was not able to run netsurf by invoking netsurf or netsurf-fb as it
always segfaults. I was trying to open it in foot terminal on sway wm:

It appears that dojo needs to be rebuilt against the new rhino, and
rebuilding dojo against the new rhino makes it incompatible with the
old rhino.
