What kind of tools is Debian using to check the changelog? I've updated
dpkg, dpkg-dev, lintian and libdpkg-dev to latest version, and lintian
doesn't complain about hunspell-br. How can I reproduce your check?

Dear all,
this is indeed a luaotflaod "feature", thank you for noticing it! I am
currently improving it and will fix the behaviour: it will now look into
fontconfig files even if OSFONTDIR is set... The new version should be
on CTAN today or tomorrow.
