"origin" (without debian/) files in git VCS (in Debian
I encountered dependencies missing problem when upgrading iptables to
version 1.8.5-3~bpo10+1.
iptables (1.8.5-3~bpo10+1) needs package netbase (>= 6.0), but there's
only netbase (5.6) in buster, and there's no packages in buster-backports.

I'm curious that if adding `bc` to "|Build-Depends: |" instead of
"|Depends: |" will fix this problem for who don't build package by
