You are still installing 2.0. Sid (and testing/lenny) contain 2.2,

I suggest you to check your /etc/apt/apt.conf file and
APT::Cache-Limit value, and decrease that value if it is too large
for you.
Thanks for the workaround. In fact I simply remove my APT::Cache-Limit
setting, since I think it's useless today.

Hi,
In /etc/shorewall/shorewall.conf I have

because I don't want my console spamed by shorewall. But it has no effect...
Don't know why.

Hello,
I don't keep my Debian testing uptodate and it's a fact than the pdiff
method is really longer. After few days (a week ?) make a day-by-day
summary is more expansive than get directly the new Packages file ;
after a month it's catastrophic.
It is possible to disable the pdiff files

LC_ALL=
Since accentuated characters seems work in konsole, but all programs
stay in
english.
Thanks by advance, and sorry for my poor english ;)

Denis Barbier give me this solution : remove any libX* files in /lib/
and restart X. All must run OK now :-)
We don't know why this files put here, but remove them are solve my
problem.
Another workaround :
# ln -s /usr/share/X11/XKeysymDB /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB
let back the keyboard
-l |grep xkb-data
ii xkb-data 0.8-5 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configuration data
For be sure, I've purged and reinstalled him. No effect.
send me this xkb.tar.bz2 file?
http://aurelienlp.free.fr/tmp/xkb.tar.bz2
Thanks
Thanks to you ;)

Same problem here... my keyboard no longer works under X after upgrading
my testing laptop. All keys (no numerical pad on a laptop) does a
resolution switch (as Ctrl-Alt-+/- does), except Ctrl-Alt-Backspace.
