This is on the GNOME wayland session. I think I did encounter this bug
in 0.3.13 as on initial login, sound was not available. Fooling around
with the output sound devices in gnome-settings usually fixed the
problem.
In 0.3.14-1 however, the sound tab on gnome-settings is attached.
