since I updated the QT5 libraries, so it must be an issue with it.

Also noticed that it's not possible to disable either the audio or video
streams while playing YouTube videos.

Also tested on VLC 2.1.5 (stable) on Windows, and seeking works fine in all
mainstream YouTube formats (webm+mp4, 360p, 720p, 1080p - the last one
got it through keepvid).
I suppose this is fixed by 7529f9c0c3d4418a1bc0af2640ce24c450f0e9b1
[1]. Could try if this changes fixes the issue for you?

It's not just you. I'm getting the same error when trying to adjust the
gain on a project with multiple tracks.
By the just me question, I meant the way the buttons show up in the Crash
Recovery window after I re-open Audacity. :)

Okay, now I've tried to play a 320p stream in webm and mp4 from YouTube
(can't link to those as those links I get in keepvid.com expire after some
time, so you'll have to use that tool yourselves), and the webm one streams
smoothly while the mp4 one at times stops to buffer. I've looked at the
