There is a newer image in backports, I installed version:
# apt list --installed | grep linux-image.*back
linux-image-6.5.0-0.deb12.4-amd64/stable-backports,now 6.5.10-1~bpo12+1
amd64 [installed]
After reboot version changed:
# uname -a
Linux P7730 6.5.0-0.deb12.4-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC
I'm observing same misbehaviours, as described by Kevin Price (Gnome
becomes unusable), even with newest image installed
(linux-image-6.1.0-16-amd64). I had to install version 13 to omit the
bug (linux-image-6.1.0-13-amd64).
With 13: everything works stable.
With 16: as long, as I use only
I'm using version 0.9.99.1 now (Ubuntu 12.04), the keys map correctly.

Navigation keys means two groups - arrows and Insert-PageDown one:
a) down-arrow and End causes the Start menu to open,
b) PageDown opens context menu,
c) arrows left, right and upper
