* remove foo.bar.com from /etc/hosts
Whatever, I think you can close this bug because it's not Debian
relative.

Not sure it is a emacs bug.
I've configured X resources via a ~/.Xdefault-$my_hostname. Just after
``startx'',
if I start a xterm or for example editres, X resources in
~/.Xdefault-$my_hostname
work like I want. This is not true for emacs
#x27;ve done tests with libsane-1.0.19~cvs20071213-1.
With your file, no change although blue is brighter :

With libsane-avision.so.1.0.18 from the stable package
(libsane_1.0.18-5_i386.deb), it's working fine.
