Installing libhttp-server-simple-perl_0.44-1 from snapshots confirms this.

Whilst updating libwebservice-cia-perl, I discovered a bug report upstream so
decided to test the package.
Running full tests (internet inlcuded)
Control: tags -1 + fixed-upstream
This appears to have been fixed in upstream 0.25, which I have imported
into the pkg-perl Git repository.
