We have a loading time of 580 ms on https://mirror.serverion.com/ 

Server is doing 12G approx of the 20G maximum. We rsync the files and generate 
the file ourselves. 

I will implement the ftpsync later today and send you an update.

    It seems you're still not using ftpsync?  What software are you using
    instead for the mirror?

    Also, connections seem to be quite slow, at least 5s and up to 40s for
    me to get a single small file, in a few attempts.
