Having wireplumber installed without pipewire-pulse is not enough to
get back pulseaudio as a sound service, we need to modify
/usr/share/wireplumber/wireplumber.conf

I agree it would be better to skip specific tests instead to ignore
failures for all tests.
I did not propose a debdiff to skip only test-out-of-memory for all
arches because it would re-enable other failing tests for other
arches. I did not want to introduce new FTBFS at this step of freeze.

is depreciated in favor of treespace (already in Debian). Because
