php4-sybase - Sybase / MS SQL Server module for php4
php4-xslt - XSLT module for php4
Most of these extensions are PHP modules, not pear libraries. PEAR
libraries can then be handled with php-pear and save debian developers
the time.

base is no longer going to be updated by upstream, should I package
1.0r3 and keep it in testing until it reaches 1.0 and have it ready
for the the 0.19.* branch is deprecated?
