I can confirm this on a Debian Buster with backports enabled, workaround
mentioned is working.
A similar issue was pushed to redhat tracker, and it seems that
libvirt5.1 might fix the issue:

Hi,
Thanks for coming back to me about this issue. Unfortunately, as it was
too critical an issue to keep in "prod" (on a self-hosted server), I
chose to switch to another firewall controller.
I had the following custom apps:
[OpenSSH600]
title=Secure shell server, an rshd replacement
Package: ufw
Version: 0.35-4
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I configured ufw with a DENY IN and DENY OUT default position. To ease
the configuration, I created new apps placed in
/etc/ufw/applications.d/custom, as well as used some existing apps, then
allowed in and out the desired apps.

Hello,
I noticed an issue with the upgrade of initscripts in 2.88dsf-28

In facts, it creates issues with udev, which can't create a queue

For the first time, I've experienced the bug with another app (Gajim).
You can close the bug for claws-mail, I'll contact the WMFS developer.
Sorry for the disturb :)

Hi.
I confirm that Julien's patch is efficient on Samsung RC510.
I have no problems anymore : one, two and three fingers are working,
wheels too !
In gpointing-device-settings, I see now my touchpad like a touchpad,
BUT changes have no effect... it's borring, but modifications in
xorg.conf work.
Thanks a lot, I'll test this patch when I'll come back in France.
I'll give you some news in about a week.
Bests,
Eloi

When I try to launch pcmanfm with a terminal, I have this message :

There is another problem : if it does not install

It would be nice to add this package in dependencies, at least in
recommendend packages.
