Package: bugs.debian.org Severity: normal Tags: a11y Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** After upgrading from stable to testing the display can't be turned on again after it goes to sleep. This is using xfce. I tried upgrading from nouveau to the nvidia drivers but that didn't change anything in that regard. Something that might be related: while unpacking during the upgrade process, the display turned itself on and off every 1s until it eventually returned to the desktop with a message saying that the power icon from xfce crashed more than x times in the last n seconds. So I removed it. xfce is at version 4.12 -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
