Have you considered asking the debian-devel mailinglist if this package should
go into main or contrib?

Trying to run rdesktop as so:
rdesktop -r scard my.terminal.server
It returns:

I am now able to state more precisely the problem and in which cases it
occurs:
Jonas Diemer posted a python-script [1] on the Ubuntu-Bug-Tracker which
reproduces ONE of the bugs, causing a freeze.

Several people report that the mainline kernel versions 2.6.29.1 to 2.6.29.4
fix the problem,
Backtraces aren't useful for classifying GPU lockup problems because
they just show one of a few places where the drivers wait for the GPU to
catch up, which never happens because it's locked up. This is usually
unrelated to the place where the commands causing the GPU to lock up
were generated
I have a similar problem and backtrace using Kubuntu Jaunty with the radeon-
driver.
