There used to be a package called php4-rrdtool which was the RRD module
for php4. It allowed rrd data to be used with php4. There is not one
for php5. I believe the package contains the rrdtool.so which can be
loaded and used by a php5 script.

php4-rrdtool has been removed, however, there is no php5-rrdtool. This
reders any php graphing unusable.
