I have the exact same problem described by Florian.
Changing hidraw to hiddev in /lib/udev/rules.d/70-hid2hci.rules as described

I solved changing disk order in bios too but this is a workaround.
I'm using 2 IDE disks:
Primary master hd0 /dev/hdaNOT Linux
Primary slavehd1 /dev/hdbDebian

Ok, solved. My boot/shutdown sequences were wrong.
I reinstalled every package that owns a script under /etc/init.d.
Not a simple reinstall. Before each reinstall, I did a update-rc.d -f
script remove because, correct me if I'm wrong, if rcN links already
exist, installation won't correct
