I made a huge mistake, I find the problem! I have been modified owner of files in the /etc/asterisk folder from asterisk to root. That was what makes asterisk scrambled. Everything is working stable now, since I was change owners back from root to asterisk.

My problem sold and please erase my bugreport, it was not a bug!
I was like an amateur. Sorry for any inconveniences!

reading the dialplan from extensions.conf . Have you disabled it or
generally disabled automatic module loading.
