Package: update-manager
Version: 0.68.debian-3
Severity: wishlist

Today while I was working at the shell, after downloading updates
update-manager grabbed the focus when pre-configuring packages, and I pressed
enter at the exact same time a question poped up, and I had no idea of what
package I configured and which option I choose.
I had to run dpkg-reconfigure on 76 packages, since I could have entered an
invalid value on a field an pressed enter, causing malfunctioning to the
package I configured.

I think that update-manager should only blink at the windows list, since it
requires attention to configure packages, and grabbing the focus could lead to
a situation like mine, and/or take the user's attention away in an unproper
moment.
