Package: openvpn Version: 2.3.2-7~bpo70+1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
The OpenVPN package in wheezy-backports depends on the "easy-rsa" package, which is in Jessie but not in Wheezy. The normal Wheezy package includes easy-rsa inside the OpenVPN package itself. This means that it's not easy to get easy-rsa if you're using the -backports version of OpenVPN. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.6 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.14-0.bpo.2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages openvpn depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.49 ii initscripts 2.88dsf-41+deb7u1 ii iproute 1:3.15.0-2~bpo70+1 ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u3 ii liblzo2-2 2.06-1+deb7u1 ii libpam0g 1.1.3-7.1 ii libpkcs11-helper1 1.09-1 ii libssl1.0.0 1.0.1e-2+deb7u12 Versions of packages openvpn recommends: pn easy-rsa <none> Versions of packages openvpn suggests: ii openssl 1.0.1e-2+deb7u12 pn resolvconf <none> -- debconf information excluded -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
