I'm seeing similar errors running `needrestart -v` within a KDE session. Similar to the reporter above, this occurs in a fresh session when no software has been updated. In my case, it reports that `user@1000.service` needs to be restarted due to a deleted `/memfd:JITCode:QtQml`
