I like Recommends Suggests to have some blurb attached, so I can
decide for/against installing the package referenced. For example, I
still don't know if or how good isrcsubmit works without cdrdao.

Yes, disc_generic.c wasn't in the distribution.
That can't happen for the cmake dist itself (that one uses git directly)
but the distribution has to run through a level of Autotools.
Anyways, the file is in

in turn doesn't depend on epydoc.
Targetcli-fb depends on rtslib-fb [3],
and it does *not* depend on lio-utils,
which is deprecated upstream [4].
Targetcli-fb is used as the main source
for the targetcli package in Fedora and others [5].
