a new soname because there is no guarantee that GNAT keeps its ABI

build/fixincludes/configure correctly detects that gnatgcc does not
support -Wno-overlength-strings.
Architectures that fail also include sparc and s390 in addition to the

symptoms remain unchanged, i.e. the screen remains black (backlight
off) and the machine is not visible on the network after resuming from
s2ram. (However, the upgrade did make a difference in that s2disk now
works: I'll close #433873).

much rely on it being present.

disabling arm, either, since boost will still block it from testing.

would rather suggest to move forward with the long-term plan to not
depend on boost anymore, and upload 0.36 whenever it is ready. If g++
is still a problem at that point, let's just disable arm temporarily,
and reinstate it later when g++ is fixed.
