> Are you running the standard Gnome3 interface, or something else? Yes, I'm using Gnome3. I've got a new discovery. Run DrRacket under the en_US.utf8 locale and the problem is gone. I tested ja_JP.utf8 as well and it also worked. I don't know if it only happens under zh_CN.utf8. Maybe an upstream bug?
