Please have a look at bug #731782 I just reported. It might be related
to this one.
The update-alternatives call there which causes a segfault:
update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/x-www-browser

I can confirm this bug.
During upgrade only those packages were pulled and php-horde fails on the
post-installation script during configure.
# apt-get upgrade

I can confirm the problem.
After start-up and user KDE login, there are two instances of pulseaudio
started; one by user 120 (speech-dispatcher) and one by the user, who logs
into KDE.
After killing the first one, the system is able to use pulseaudio for playing
sound, accessing mixer, etc.
This bug has been posted upstream. A bspatch has been attached
