I face this bug.
For me it's quite anoying because I use Authen::Krb5 in order to read a
keytab and get a tgt ticket so that I can do GSSAPI in SASL without the
need to have a password in clear text.
Would be great to see this bug fixed.

Current version of ntp in debian do not support MS SNTP extension.
This extension is needed by Windows workstation in order to trust ntp
source from AD server.
