I have an dhcp6 router but my machine never gets an IPv6 address. After
looking around it is clear that duplicate address detection is misfiring
and causing me problem. For example running:
echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/*
Sorry about the duplicate info, reportbug was misconfigured and I
thought the file it dumped to temp was suitable to pass as --bodyfile,
turns out I was wrong!

This bug still exists. If you have a self signed tls certificate you
need to tell evolution where the certificate is, this is normally done
in ~/.ldaprc or /etc/ldaprc :
