Package: libpam-script

Dear Maintianer:
As the subject, when I configure the pam using pam-script, I found Maybe
there are some mistakes with it.
What I want is to limit root when it trying to change password of
specific user.
But after I configure the /usr/share/libpam-script/pam_script/passwd
with "required". I found that although I give the limitations to root,
but the libpam-script did even more than I want. The fact is: it mistakenly
requred current password of all normal user while I changing thire
password. even require it while I add new user by runing "adduser".
