limited. But the only way seems to be to create
/etc/mysql/conf.d/.keepme in mysql-common and it keeps popping up.
Use dh_installdirs? conf.d directory is no big deal, tons of stuff does it
including e.g. apt

it is no secret that OpenSSL licence is not GPL compatible so MySQLe depending

Hello,
as of 5.5.23, neither mysql_config nor mysql_config_pic --libmysqld-libs have
-L/usr/lib/mysql in their output (but that's where libmysqld_pic.a lives)
therefore it is no longer possible for the external configure scripts to
to make it into wheezy. Is this really true,
4.8 is said to include so many improvements (I think 4.7 is still a bit
weak). Please, tell me I missed something! ;)
Don't worry, there will be KDE SC 4.8 in wheezy (maybe not 100% complete, but
nearly).

You still need to edit akonadi configuration after switching the backed. See

, there is no clean way to omit SONAME. Unfortunately, the bug does not
appear to be easy to fix either (e.g.
CMAKE_SHARED_LIBRARY_SONAME_CXX_FLAGTARGET_SONAME is hardcoded in
./Modules/CMakeCXXInformation.cmake). I recommend to report a bug in upstream
