After 5a755c09af01c31bc3beefc461decbb1844f75db commit man pages
installation moved from libsnmp-dev.install to libsnmp-dev.manpages
Because of that some man pages (*.3pm), 7 at all, are not included to
the package.

Additionally, a function "_libssh2_pub_priv_keyfile" doesn't work with
libgcrypt backend, but works with OpenSSL.
I believe there are other functions as well.
