I'd like to add that this feels like a regression, perhaps with the 5.x series of Debian kernels. With a 4.19 kernel, I never had this.

Package: src:linux Version: 4.19.37-3 Severity: important Dear Maintainer, upgrading from linux-image-4.19.0-2-amd64 to linux-image-4.19.0-5-amd64 makes Xorg with the modesetting driver unable to drive the two monitors I have connected. If I reboot back to 4.19.0-2, Xorg/modesetting works fine.
