Hi, I get the same error after activating the rewrite.load module in apache2 (make symlink rewrite.load from /etc/apache2/mods_available to /etc/apache2/mods_enabled).
The quick an perhaps dirty solution was to remark the line "Rewrite .* /typ3/index.php [L]" in /etc/apache2/conf.d/typo3-dummy.conf as described in the bugreport.
