There are 2 bad lines in /etc/yubico/ksm/apache.conf for this packet available for Debian Stretch : 1- you have to replace <IfDefine yubikey-val> by <IfDefine yubikey-ksm> at line 10; 2- you have to replace </IfModule> by </IfDefine> at the last line. Without these modifications : - Apache2 will crash during a reload or restart withouht modifying the last line; - HTTP 404 error using URL :host/wsapy/decrypt without modifying line 10.
