I am trying to install available updates using gnome-software but this version
doesn't download the OS packages, when I click buttons for upgrade or reboot
and
update I get the message:

I like to use epiphany for web browsing and I was very happy with
announcement of pocket support. I already set up my pocket account in
gnome-online-accounts but I can't see any save for later button on
epiphany.

Volume keys works fine on my T40 but I do not have visual notifications.
I do refuse to install gnome-control-center (to
have /usr/bin/gnome-keybinding-properties). I think that I have found
related bugs in Debian (463857, 463457) and in Ubuntu (357673).
