For me, shortcuts work as soon as vlc enters fullscreen mode and keep
working afterwards. So I can use 'f' to enter/leave fullscreen mode
whenever the corresponding window has focus after the first time I
entered fullscreen mode using the mouse.

This patch adds a command line option to specify which radio device is to be
used for v4l devices. As udev creates numbered devices (eg. /dev/radio0)
instead of the hardcoded /dev/radio, this would be nice to have.
