BTW, man pages can also be rendered as html, dvi, ps, etc. using -Tps,
etc. (The html rendering could perhaps use some love, although AFAICT,
it still seems better than the various man2html scripts...)

27;t seem to have any effect. (Actually, removing the cache
just seemed to make things slower. cups-driverd ended up using 100 MB
either way, but it took a lot longer after removing the cache.)

I ran 'tpkg-install sparc-linux', which should install the target's libc
headers itself.

I had the same problem, with sparc-linux.
Setting TPKG_SERVER=ftp://ftp.uk.debian.org in the environment when
running tpkg-install-libc fixed this for me.
This seems to be because the mirror was split, and ftp.debian.org no
longer holds all architectures.
