/usr/share/doc/moinmoin-common/README.Degian.gz says to:
cp -r /usr/share/moin/data
I have also been having the same problem for a while now. I can't unpin
anything in synaptic. Here is my /var/lib/synaptic/preferences
Package: evolution
Pin: version 2.2.3-5
Pin-Priority: 1001
ls /root/.synaptic
filters lock log options synaptic.conf tmp
One way to unpin is to just rem
