renamed 'batcat' ater discussions in #932634.
Apt-file, lintian conflict file and package description still mention this

Dear Maintainer,
- After version 5.4.0-2 disabling the display of window decorations no
longer works. I'm using Debian 11 with the i3wm-gaps (i3wm fork) window manager
and Compton (Picom fork). I still see the window borders.
I tried to apply the patch for Wireplumber, but it was not the issue for me.
But it gave me a lead. In fact wireplumber is conflicting with pipewire-session-
manager. Wireplumber is replacing it but pipewire-session-manager was still
installed by APT and the systemd service was not replaced by
I found that this issue is related to wireplumber and is being treated currently
